I'm writing today because I've been looking around, reading other people's journals and I figured I'd give this a shot myself. Couldn't possibly hurt now, could it?

I love art. No actually, I adore art. It's what I love to do. I hope to be able to pursue a career in art...but as to what I want to specialise in, I have no idea. Well, maybe a few...
Possibly a graphic artist? I love that sort of miticulous attention to detail, and I can appreciate how much work goes into it, but I'm afraid I'll grow tired of it.
Maybe that guy who sits on frequented boardwalks and draw people's portraits? For that I'm afraid I wouldn't have time, and I'd be a tad rushed. I like being able to go over soemthign several times, make sure its perfect before it makes its way out into the world.
I've considered tattooing too, but that puts tons of pressure...imagine I mess up? That hell ain't paper I'd be screwing up on, but I love the look of color on skin and I'd be happy doing requests and whatnot. I just hope I'm good enough...I'd need loads more practice though.

Speaking of which, I haven't done anything epic lately. I thought now that school is over (until next fall) I'd have more time to freelance and do whatever I'd like. Think projects through and spend days working on them rather than having to rush or delay it. Now that summer is here, however, I haven't really done much with my time. I've done rp (roleplay. Written dialogue in which one's created character interacts with another person's created character to devellop a story) a lot, but that's sort of as far as my creativity has extended for the time being.

I still need an idea of what to draw though...something epic...I enjoy detail, and a good challenge, but I need to be passionate about it. If anybody has a good suggestion, I'm willing to hear it.
